Forehead oleation

Called Shirodhara in Sanskrit. It's the most mind relaxing massage in Ayurveda. A pure moment of detachment and peace of mind. In this procedure, herbal oils, medicated buttermilk or milk or decoction etc are poured slowly on the forehead.

Duration: 45 minutes.

Heart oleation

Called Hrid Basti in Sanskrit. It is a unique treatment for heart and chest, places where stress is felt the most. In this treatment medicated oil, ghee or decoction of herbs is placed into the rim of urad flour.

Forehead buttermilk

Called Takradhara in Sanskrit. This therapy will calm you down by using medicated buttermilk poured onto the forehead to relieve stress and anxiety.

Meditation
